Returns & Exchanges
All our products are made to order, which means they are produced especially for you. For this reason we cannot issue refunds or process cancellations, so please read the items description carefully before you place your order. All Sales are final. There are no Refunds or Returns on change of mind cancellations or *Free Plus Shipping Items*
We only issue replacement vouchers for products that are defective or damaged so long as you let us know within 3 Days after delivery. *Customers must include photos of the issue* To be eligible for voucher, your item(s) must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
We offer Code Vouchers for purchases eligible for replacement where you will be required to pay for shipping charges. Vouchers are only offered according to the return requirements below and we can only give voucher for items that are defective or damaged. Vouchers (if applicable)
Once your return is approved by us, we will let you know via email. Returns received without approval will not be processed. We process returns within 7 days of receipt!
Please make sure to give us the correct information when you place the order to avoid any mistakes in the item(s). Also keep in mind that colors may look a bit different in person due to monitor variations.
We strongly recommend you check your package as soon as you receive it. If your order is incomplete or wrong, let us know within a week of delivery and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
You will need to pay the postage costs for returning your item to us. If an item is eligible for a voucher the cost of shipping is not included.
